Fire & Lightening

Covers accidental fire losses caused by sparking or lightening whether accompanied by Fire or not any time during the period of the insurance. The fire insurance policy can be extended to include various additional allied perils as below:

Earth Quake

Covers loss or damage by fire and shock caused by earth quakes.

Atmospheric Disturbance

Covers risk against loss or damage caused by, hail, storm, hurricane, cyclone, tornado and typhoon.

Riot Strike Damage

Cover is available as under: Riot and Strike Damage; Riot Fire Damage

Malicious Damage

Cover loss or damage to the property caused by malicious intents. It is available only in conjunction with riot/strike damage extension.

Aircraft Damage

Covers loss or damage caused by aircraft or any object falling from the aircraft.

Impact Damage

Covers loss or damage by Impact by any Vehicle or animal excluding Loss or damage caused by any vehicle or animal belonging to or under the control of the Insured.

Consequential Loss Due to Fire

Consequential Loss Policy indemnifies the insured for loss of net profit, standing charges and increase in cost of working expenses resulting from an accident identifiable under fire and allied perils policy.

Burglary Insurance

To cover loss or damage of burglary or house breaking at the business premises which shall mean theft consequent upon actual forcible and violent entering into or exit from the premises.
